Effective date: April 17, 2026. These terms govern your access to the Blitz kreativ website and your purchase of merchandise from BlitzKreativ GmbH. By placing an order you agree to this document together with our privacy policy and cookie notice. BlitzKreativ GmbH lists its statutory address at Czermaks Garten 11, 04103 Leipzig, Germany, and maintains Canadian operations at 1595 W Broadway 103, Vancouver, BC V6J 1W6, Canada, including customer-facing correspondence consistent with our public business listings.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that show fraudulent patterns, abusive communications, or resale behaviour that violates distributor agreements.

Products and pricing

Descriptions, photographs, and measurements are provided in good faith. Licensed packaging may vary by region. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout based on the address you supply. We may cancel orders affected by manifest errors, stockouts, or force majeure events, in which case you receive a full refund of amounts captured.

Shipping and title

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier records possession unless mandatory consumer law in your province dictates otherwise. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If a parcel is delayed, we will open a carrier trace and keep you informed.

Returns and warranty

Apparel returns follow the windows published on product pages and must include original tags where applicable. Collectibles that have been opened may only be returned when the item materially differs from our published condition grade. Statutory warranty rights are not excluded where applicable law forbids such exclusion.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, character designs, and packaging shown on the site belong to their respective owners. You receive only the rights necessary to use purchased goods for personal, non-commercial enjoyment unless a product license expressly allows broader use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlitzKreativ GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or delayed delivery, except where such limitation is prohibited. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a single order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law and disputes

Consumers resident in Canada may benefit from mandatory protections of the province in which they reside. Where choice of law is permitted, disputes will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict rules. European consumers may also have access to remedies under the law of their country of residence.
